Pharmacy Weight Loss Oban is a registered online pharmacy operating under GPhC Registration No. 9012511. We provide weight loss consultation and prescription services to eligible patients. Our pharmacy is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and operates in accordance with UK pharmacy law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and reside in the United Kingdom. You must complete our medical questionnaire honestly and in full. We reserve the right to decline any consultation or prescription request at our professional discretion.
Our weight loss services are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain underlying medical conditions. Full eligibility criteria are outlined during the consultation process. Providing false or misleading health information is a serious matter and may result in your account being suspended.
All prescriptions are issued by a registered prescriber following review of your completed medical questionnaire. No prescription is guaranteed. Our pharmacist and prescribing team retain full clinical discretion over whether to issue any medication.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with any other person. You must inform us of any changes to your medical history, medications, or health status before placing a new order or repeating a prescription.
Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not automatically renewed. We may request additional information or refuse a repeat prescription if we have clinical concerns.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment is taken upon submission of your consultation. If your prescription request is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is via a tracked service to your registered address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before your consultation has been approved and your medication dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and patient safety regulations. Refunds for declined prescriptions are processed as outlined in Section 4.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for a comprehensive consultation with your GP or specialist, particularly if you have complex medical needs.
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information during your consultation. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP that you are using our service. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact 999 or attend your nearest accident and emergency department.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
